Facebook for Every Phone Launched

Now, you can access Facebook on your mobile device even if you do not have a smartphone. This is because Facebook has launched its mobile apps on Java phones.

A new app called Facebook for Every Phone is created. It includes a lightweight News Feed, an inbox for your Facebook message, and a way to upload and share photos directly from your phone. The app can be downloaded at m.facebook.com or mobile app stores such as GetJar, Appia, and Mobile Weaver.

In order to get people to try it, Facebook is going to pay the first 90 days worth of data the app uses. You can check out whether you mobile carrier is offering free data access here.

Just like their previously launched text-only access on mobile phones,  Facebook Zero, Facebook wants to make users able to access their service fast with any mobile phone at anytime anywhere they want.
