InternMatch’s New Design

When I read on TechCrunch that InternMatch has revamped their design, I was quite psyched. I am personally a big fan of the idea of internships, in fact, I support internships, everybody should offer internships. What distinguishes InternMatch from sites like Internships.com is the fact that they target at small to medium sized businesses.

In addition to their different target market of employers, InternMatch also focuses on providing a smooth navigating experience to the users, their site is easy to use and straight to the point, with proper locations provided, users can choose between various internship that are offered. Andrew Maguire, CEO of InternMatch told Rip Empson of TechCrunch that the reason behind this new design the ease of use and precision.

To add even more flavors, InternMatch now provides a free resume and cover letter templates for users to and also letting students browse and apply for jobs without having to register. Although, InternMatch is only available in the United States at the moment, I certainly hope that there would be such website or platform for this side of the world soon because as far as I am concerned, there are many students, talents, and even regular people that are looking to enhance their career experience with internships.

Do you know any website that offers internship in Singapore or Asia? What do you think about the concept of InternMatch?
