Microsoft Provides English Search Services On China’s Baidu

The largest Chinese language search engine, Baidu is going to partner with Microsoft to provide search services in English languange to its users.

The company found the need for that service as number of English searches on Baidu has reached 10 million per day. There are more and more people like professors and university students searching for English terms in China. Partnership with Microsoft’s Bing will help Baidu to provide a better service in English terms’ searches.

Since China’s Internet population is the largest in the world, over 477 million users in March, Microsoft is going to make use of this chance to reach out for more users for its search service.It gives Bing an advantage over its rival, Google which has been pulled out from the Chinese search market.
