Move Your Facebook Contacts To Google+ Using Chrome Extension

There will be one hassle less to move from Facebook to Google+.The process becomes easier when a Chrome extension, Facebook Friend Exporter is used to extract Facebook contacts.

The tool is actually not supposed to be used in Facebook as terms of service of the social networking site says ” You will not collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access Facebook, using automated means(such as harvesting bots, spiders or scrapers without our permission.” Although there is no one got a ban notice from Facebook for using that so far, users are warned to use it at their own risks.

Creator of the tool, Mohamed Mansour believes that Facebook does not have the right to stop us from getting our own contacts as Facebook does not own our friends. He wants all the contacts to be in a place that is easily accessible, extractable, and shareable.

Facebook has not commented on this matter yet.

Even though moving contacts from Facebook to Google+ is now easier and faster, more people need to participate to expand network at the new platform. Besides, history of Facebook photos and earlier conversation are not able to be moved yet.

With Facebook Friend Exporter , Google+’s biggest challenge is solved. Facebook really need to watch out this time.
